Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Consultant-QA:

The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for working alongside teams and collaborating with different stakeholders to deliver projects with high quality and confidence. This includes building automation test frameworks, collaborating with BA and Product Owners in Analysis and coaching team members about quality, overall baking quality into the product.

The Senior QA will apply their proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to both develop systems and resolve issues within them. They will ensure that the quality of the application and code is maintained and delivered within the estimated timeframe for our clients.

About you

The skills you would need to be a Senior Quality Analyst:

• 4-5 years of extensive working experience in the HR domain.
• 5-6 years experience with testing the Successfactor application.
• An understanding of HR domain concepts and the specific details within the domain is expected.
• Good understanding of quality assurance processes and working within Agile teams.
• Good collaboration, communication, collaboration,  analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be able to create and build test plans and strategy independently.
• Should be able to plan and lead regression testing and UAT. 
• Should be able to create QA reports, manage defects lifecycle.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members 
• Should have some experience in creating automated  test frameworks ( nice to have)
